You have 7 days to return or exchange.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping costs for returning merchandise is not covered or reimbursed.
How to Return:
Step 1: Send me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to return or exchange merchandise. Include your name, product to be returned, and reason for return.
Step 2: Package and ship merchandise within 7 days of receiving your shipment to
Step 3: You will be notified once I have received and inspected your return or exchange. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return or send a replacement in case of exchanging.
Damaged or Defective
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
